Blue Snow Developers is a founder-direct studio, operated by Blue Snow Developers LLC (Seven Hills, Ohio). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work, we never sell it, and we don't run advertising trackers. This page explains exactly what that means.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free watermarked sample or write to us about a project, we receive what you type into that form — typically your name, email address, brand or company name, website, a description of your project, and (on the quote form) budget and scope details. We only get what you choose to submit.
Anonymous performance data. We measure page-load and interaction quality (Core Web Vitals) so the site stays fast. This is aggregate performance data — no name, no profile, no cross-site tracking.
Transient technical data. Our servers briefly see your IP address on a form submission and use it in memory to prevent spam and abuse (rate-limiting). We do not store your IP address in a database.
How we use it
Solely to respond to you, produce and deliver your free sample, prepare quotes, run the studio, and keep the site secure and working. That's it — we don't build advertising profiles and we don't use your submissions or materials to train AI models. That last point is not a policy flourish: every film in our library is built in code rather than generated, so there is no model here for your material to end up inside.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of trusted service providers, each receiving only what's needed to do its job: Vercel (hosting and cookieless, anonymized analytics), Slack (so a real person is notified of your message), Resend (to email you back), and Supabase (secure storage of a lead request, where enabled). We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Cookies & analytics
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics (Vercel) are privacy-first and cookieless — they measure traffic and performance in aggregate without identifying you or following you around the web.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as we need it to respond, deliver your sample, and maintain our business records. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we'll take care of it. If you're in a region with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or California), those rights apply and we honor them. Our terms of service cover the rest of the relationship — what you send us, what we deliver, and who owns which. There is no support desk between you and the answer: the studio is one person, and he reads this inbox himself.
