These terms cover your use of bluesnowdevelopers.com and the services of Blue Snow Developers, a founder-direct studio operated by Blue Snow Developers LLC (Seven Hills, Ohio). They cover every line of work the studio sells: brand films, motion, identity systems, and website and app builds. By using this site or requesting a sample, you agree to what follows.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, share, and reference our work. Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with it, and no unlawful use.
The free sample
Our free watermarked sample is exactly that — a short, watermarked concept piece we sometimes make to show you what we'd do, at no cost and with no obligation on either side. It is not guaranteed: we build these when studio capacity allows, so asking for one does not entitle you to one and we give no timeframe. Requesting one doesn't create a contract for paid work, and we may decline or limit requests (for example, to prevent abuse). Any paid engagement is covered by a separate written agreement.
Your materials & our work
What you send stays yours. Brand assets, data, and details you share remain your property; you grant us permission to use them only to produce your sample or the work you've engaged us for.
The site's content is ours. The design, copy, brand identity, and films on this site belong to Blue Snow Developers LLC unless noted otherwise — please don't reuse them without permission. What we deliver to you under a paid engagement is a different thing entirely, and the terms of that are set out in the written agreement for that project; the services page describes how the studio scopes and prices that work.
Honesty about our portfolio
We label our work honestly. Self-initiated concept pieces are marked "(Concept)"; client work is only shown as such when it's real and agreed. You can check us on this — every label is carried in the open on the full work library, on the card, in the page title and in the alt text a screen reader announces. We never fabricate metrics, testimonials, or client names — and every frame is crafted by hand, with no AI-generated footage.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and information here (pricing, timelines, capabilities) may change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Blue Snow Developers LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. We may update them as the studio evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
