Deterministic N-variant batch render — one composition, every city

The concept behind this real-estate data video
Programmatic ad creative for real-estate and local brands — Index Card is one composition rendered for every city in a list. The layout and motion stay fixed, the data swaps per plate, and every variant is deterministic and identical in build. It is the answer to volume: a hundred localised cuts for a hundred markets, each correct, none hand-assembled. For real-estate and local-service brands this is the difference between "we made a video" and "we made the video for every neighbourhood you operate in."
Because the render is deterministic, the hundredth plate is built exactly like the first — no drift, no degrading quality at scale. It is the clearest proof that there is an engine behind the studio: programmatic fan-out is structural, not a manual grind. A self-initiated concept piece, shown as studio spec work.
Multi-market video for a brand that does not have a hundred film budgets
That is the problem this format exists for, and the frame is built so you can check the answer rather than take it. Six city plates are held on screen at once, and across all six the brand mark, the dividing rule, the label position and the type sit at identical coordinates. What differs is the place: its name, its map and its figure. Everything that carries the brand is fixed; everything that carries the data is variable. That is what a composition is, as opposed to six files somebody laid out six times.
Each map is drawn at that city’s own coordinates rather than being a generic illustration of somewhere urban — the street geometry under New York is New York’s. Each figure comes from the same published route dataset, credited on the composition under its share-alike licence.
Worth stating plainly, because this page is about rigour: that credit line sits beneath the full six-card composition, not inside each card. Crop a single plate out and share it on its own and the attribution does not travel with it. On a piece that fans out to many markets that is a real limitation rather than a detail, and the honest fix is per-plate attribution in the composition, not a note on a web page.
Read the narration in full — 7 passages, verbatim
Taken from the caption track this player loads — not a summary of it, so anything the film claims can be checked against the frame that carries it.
This is one brand film. A map, a number, a set of brand rules. It isn't a screenshot.
It's a composition — three layers. Two of them change per city. One never does.
Stamp it once, and you have six. Or six hundred. Same composition, one per place.
Each map flies to its real coordinates. Each number comes straight from the route dataset — direct destinations on record, never typed. The brand never moves.
And the source ships with it. Cited, on the card, on every variant. One composition.
Every city with an airport. Each one true — because it's built from the data, not guessed. One comp.
Two hundred true variants. Zero fabrication.
