The work behind this finance promo video

Mortgage brand promo for a real client — it was built, delivered, and is published here as the 16:9 cut. It anchors the finance register on the site with actual delivered work rather than a concept — the same craft and engineering, shipped to a real business.

Because Pulse is a real client, this piece carries the brand name and is never labelled a concept; it is proof that the studio ships work real businesses put their name on, not only to its own brief. The compliance layer is built into the composition rather than parked on an end card, which is what lets a regulated advertiser correct a line with a re-render.

A brand promo that builds its positioning framework into the structure

Most brand-approach films are a voice-over reading a list while stock footage plays underneath. This one has none. The client’s five-point framework is an acronym, so the acronym is made load-bearing: each initial is set as a display letter in the brand gold with its phrase beside it, and a single vertical rule threads all five together with a node at each. That rule is the whole argument of the frame — it is what makes five statements read as one connected method rather than a bulleted list, and it costs nothing but a line.

Building it entirely from type, rule, drawn vector and light on a deep navy ground — no photography and no stock footage anywhere in it — is a decision about maintenance, not about taste. A frame with no footage in it can be re-rendered when a compliance line changes, which for a regulated lender is the difference between a correction and a reshoot. The same restrained gold-on-navy palette carries straight across to the market-update data film built for the same client, so the ongoing work reads as one brand rather than as a second vendor.

The registration and the Equal Housing Lender mark sit at the foot of this frame as well — the same fixed layer, in the same place, so the two formats are consistent about the thing a regulator would look at first.

This piece also sits on the studio's finance industry page — how the studio makes finance and fintech video, with the rest of the work in that sector alongside it.
